-Help Africa Help America©®™ is a concept created by Perkins-Junior, Thelton-Ray Dey on behalf of the Global Agriculture Development Business Trust - http://glagd.com , the Global Trade Development Business Trust - http://gltrdev.com ,  and the Global Agricultural Education Foundation Business Trust (to be established) and is the fundamental principle through which the Trust operates on behalf of the indigenous populations of the world, especially those of the continent of North America (Northwest Amexem).

The Coronovirus Pandemic, the resulting Covid 19 Spread, and the solution to these and other global threats.

It is widely known that every great pandemic has been the result of new electromagnetic radiation to the public.  The latest pandemic could possibly be the result of the release of Generation 5 Wireless Fidelity Technology, which will likely be needed should the Internet-of-Things require its operations.  Under the Help Africa Help America©®™ concept, the re-distribution of wealth will present a different opportunity where we collectively define, and bring to the forefront, other ideas, technologies, and perhaps even the human abilities of communication and operation outside of the traditional means which has been established by the "powers that be".  Our sincere condolences go out to everyone affected directly, through the infection or loss of loved ones, and/or indirectly through economic and other effects.  May we all experience a complete and total recovery in short order.

How the Help Africa Help America©®™ Concept Works!

Biography
My name is Bishop :Perkins-Junior, Thelton-Ray;  I was born in El Campo, Texas in 1959;    I presently live on the East Coast of the USA in Baltimore, Maryland;    I have traveled to West Africa on several occasions in the past as recently as 2011 and to the east coast of Africa as well, in 2017.   I have been chosen to be King in West Africa therefore I go by the name :King,:Allahsane-Khalil-:Conte.    I have also been installed as the Chief Elder among the Maasai people and Kikuyu people of Kenya, they gave me the title "Persagoi Olekamau".
When in Ghana I reside primarily in Teshie-Nungua; in Guinea I have live in Sonfonia-Conakry and also have a residence for my family there in Coyah and Debele.  WHen iam in Kenya I live and work from the Vision Empire House near the Lions area of Nakuru, Kenya, as well as in Gilgil, Kenya where my family there has land and enterprises.  When I was in Ghana in 2007 I started a for profit company by the name of Courteous Success (GH) LTD and a Foundation by the name of Help Africa Develop Africa Foundation; in 2017 I founded the Global Agriculture Development Business Trust of Las Vegas, Nevada,  I go by the name King Bishop I as a result of my experiences.

I became involved with Development in Africa after a mandate I received in 2001 from the Ancient of Days (a term related to the creator which is often quoted by the reknowned author - Apostle J Ama Asantewaa) .   At that time I began to work with a group out of California called Amexem Global with a good friend of mine, Mr. James Tolbert.    We were focusing on trying to bring development into Nigeria working with technologies that had been primarily precluded from market in the United States for various reasons we will not get into.   The group was not able to reach its financial goals and the project died;     But the experience motivated me to keep driving toward a presence in Africa, to learn more about the possibilities for sustained development there, and to develop solutions to the issues being faced by the residents there.   After learning of the problems that exist here, in the great old US of A, I decided to merge the two problems and develop solutions that would help either or both, thus the 'Help Africa Help America' Concept was born.    In this website anyone interested in assisting can find potential solutions and other ways to help.

Introducing OUR partners in effort:  In 2012, after returning from the latest visit to the West African Region of Guinea, I was back in the USA and I received a summons from M.I.B. Annunaqi to come to the Georgia area and meet with them.   The inquiry, and our subsequent meeting in June of 2012, led to the forging of the minds and the concept was furthered to the point we are at now of actually having the financial wherewithal to provide a complex banking infrastructure plan (12 USC 21 et. seq.).   These objectives are also supported by other native Indigenous Native organizations namely: Freeman Dynasty Holdings Trust of Georgia, The Yammassee Clan of indigenous natives of New Jersey, the Shaykamaxum Atlan-Amexem Empire, and Spotlight Capital Holdings, The realization of agricultural development supported by major financing organizations and natural resource providers could be the catalysts for the global restructuring of major food production systems as well as environmentally friendly solutions to global problems as we move forward into the 21st Century, let us explain further:

Our Primary Objective

PictureThe Guinea Savannah Zone Map
Development in Africa is a primary concern of many authorized organizations around the world.  Organizations such as the World Bank, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FOA), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and others have been involved with these concerns for decades.  The map pictured to the right illustrates an area of Sub-Saharan Africa called the Guinea Savannah Zone, which encompasses around 600 to 700 million hectares of arable land.

This is land suitable for sustainable agriculture and is mostly unused, the shaded area in the map to the right depicting the "Guinea Savannah Zone" being around 400 million hectares that is certain that can be developed, and the blue area is land that could possibly be developed into economically sustainable development.   Our primary purpose is the development of this land using proprietary business models developed from various means and confirmed viable during our visits to the West African region known as the ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States) in the years of 2007 - 2011.

We believe this opportunity can be extended to and support the welfare of many that would involve themselves in it.

Our Collective Opportunity

The economic condition(s) of the major nations of the world are collapsing rapidly due to mis-management, misrepresentation of specific conditions, and the general mismanagement of the resources of the planet (in my humble opinion).    The resulting conditions have made crucial life decisions difficult for the nationals of the continent of North America in general and the USA in particular.

If we do not establish an economic position that can be sustained long-term in our favor, the future for ourselves and our posterity will continue to peril.   Therefore, we have developed an opportunity that could correct this condition in our favor should we take the prudent steps.    The opportunity to joint-venture with the indigenous population(s) of the African continent and the world-at-large should be pursued with all due haste.    This can be done through the co-operative business model.   The co-operative business model will insure opportunity for anyone that will involve themselves in the process of providing the technology and training of the property owners while encouraging the property owners to present their properties in a secure business environment.

The resulting economic activity would result in significant return on investment that could undergird the problems currently being faced by all.

The Solution in a Nutshell

The problems we have heretofore illustrated can be corrected through a concerted effort of the indigenous populations of the earth, should we adhere to the principles and guidelines with which we have survived thus far.   Should we take the necessary step, taking a proactive role in our recovery, if we want to survive, "Yes we should."   What steps should be taken:   We are on the cusps of the third industrial revolution, one which will not be focused on industrialization as the catalyst, but rather reverts back to a photosynthesis enterprise as the heart and soul of our economic activity, but also bears an overtone of industrialization as a backdrop to the agricultural enterprises that comprise the photosynthesis economies of the future.

Embracing the trends:  The third industrial revolution is comprised of 1- Distributed Renewable Energy, 2 - The Internet of Things, 3 - Printing and Distributed Manufacturing, and 4- Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Communication.   These four basic components are the structure of the future of commerce and we have the missing links that will make the integrity and efficiency of these components revolutionize, not only the economies of the world, but the planet itself into, a self-healing wonder and amazing future for our children and our posterity.

As a part of this initial introduction, having found it necessary to give interested parties a glimpse of the past and what are the fundamental intrinsic and notable occurrences surrounding this concepts, I have compiled a section of historical occurrences which comprise the Haf-Ham concept.

As a King in Africa, many opportunities that would not be available due to in -appropriations are then available, especially given the attitude that many Africans have of the Diaspora.   Many African countries have diasporan ministries

Our Unique Opportunity

Currently - The economic conditions of several West African Countries are really being stretched to the limit by the Ebola Crisis and the strain it is putting on the people.    The power infrastructure and the demand modern technologies are putting on countries' power supply, such as is being experienced in Guinea is unprecedented.   This means the governments of Africa need solutions that are going to work long-term and they need them NOW.     A relatively same situation exists in Ghana, which we are addressing, along with our partner in Ghana who is Nana Kweku Egyir Gyepi III, a chief in Cape Coast, Ghana, West Africa.     In 2007, Nana and I started Courteous Success (GH) Ltd., a Ghana company involved in various areas of development initiatives including solar salt production with a third party, Nene Akpotuso III.   We together have forged a relationship with Sosamen Construction company of Ghana, headed by Mr. Sowauh.

Update - As of March 1st, 2016 the Ebola epidemic is under control in Guinea and Sierra Leone.
I am pictured here meeting with the Philio Association of Ghana, this is a development association working to provide micro-financing to rural farmers.
Pictured here I am with Nana Gyepi and Eric Burton of Long Beach, California and we are discussing Development for the nation of Ghana.

Our Unique Opportunity in Africa

Pictured here we are meeting with a businessman in Tema, Ghana, West Africa.

If an organization comprised of engineers and architects, surveyors and scientists in their various fields of expertise were positioned to work with the African Governments, The people of Africa, and educational institutions that currently exist there, providing the frame work for technology transfer and appropriate technology application, and they all pulled together for a primary purpose: To solve the issues that have precluded agricultural development on the continent of Africa, this would go along way toward solving this complex issue - How will we provide food for the expected 9 billion people on the planet by the year 2050.   We have enquired of such from organizations such as N3 Global Solutions through and by its principles Mr. Norman and Mr. Gregory, in addition we have received the potential support of KTJR Solutions and Mr. John Harrison for our project proposal and implementation.

It is our intent to improve the governments' position by bringing forth sound business practices and introducing funding for infrastructure related development and put the country on course to reach millennium challenge goals handed down by the G8 and G20 as well as the Millennium Challenge Corporation among others.

Exactly how do we intend to do this? LeLumen Precious Minerals and Mining Company S.A.R.L. (LeLumen PMMC) is a strategic part of a coalition of companies formed to address issues which have precluded development of ECOWAS Countries in the past. These groups of companies include the Courteous Success, Inc. of Texas (CSI), Courteous Success (GH) LTD (CSL), Help Africa Develop Africa (HADA) A Ghana Foundation registered in the USA, and the World Trade Development Partners of Washington, D.C. (WTDP). Along with LeLumen PMMC, this group is collectively known as the Courteous Success Group (CSG) and is described in detail on the website www.linkedin.com/in/csitrp/ ... This is important to note given the strategic position and technological issues each company is positioned to address. Allow us to elaborate:

As stated, LeLumen PMMC has been asked by the authorized individuals to address issues relative to the problems currently being faced in the country. Among these are the lacks of infrastructure required for sustainable development which in our estimation is not mineral resource related, but agricultural in nature. The strategic need for roads, bridges, agriculture support ports: water and boundary related; as well as the ability to produce agricultural commodities; process, package, and distribute the commodities; and the support of regional and local trade are the focus points. CSG collectively has the answer to these development issues through the application of a proprietary Co-Operative process that will put the owners of the land in business with monetary investment partners as well as technological advancements in agriculture and put all in the hands of trained local work force through the use of training techniques applied by CSG partner companies.

This will allow the owners and processors of mineral resources to co-operate with agriculture interests in long-term sustainable development that could pay for the housing, energy-resources, and equipment necessary for all phases of development between present day and the millennium challenge dates of 2030 through 2050. It is our estimation that the awareness of the government and investment in the governments’ capabilities to address infrastructure needs, coupled with intensive efforts to facilitate and empower both the land owners (small farm holders and combined family land owners) as well as the available workforce could result in rapid evolvement of feasibility reports such as the World Bank’s – ‘Awakening Africa’s Sleeping Giant- becoming a reality. Imagine over 400 Million hectares of arable land on the continent of Africa becoming productive in the next 15 to 30 years, which could be a reality if these plans are followed.    Upon further elaboration, CSG is prepared to introduce fundamental technologies for the application of strategic processes which will significantly improve the infrastructure conditions currently experienced in developing nations such as the ECOWAS Countries and these technological advancements must be brought to the attention of the proper authorities.

CSI will also be fundamental in collaboration with LeLumen PMMC by working to provide cutting edge technologies for rapid evolvement of Agricultural Production, processing, packaging, and distribution of products produced by the co-operatives established. The co-operatives will be empowered to work with small farm holders of as little as 1 or 2 hectares to vast land holder families of 15,000 hectares and more as the boundaries are set for each co-operative. Agriculture Equipment producers in the United States, the European Union, and elsewhere will be solicited to provide equipment in these virgin regions along with technical training in operation, maintenance, and efficiency, which will be translated into local linguistic dialects and presented to the illiterate workforce in visual form utilizing advance technologies in digital and video replicable form(s).

The use of energy production facilities in such as Modular Nuclear Pebble-Bed Technology that could be developed to produce electricity from sustainable and renewable, environmentally-friendly fuel in line with the Generation IV Roadmap to the Future of Nuclear energy as handed down by the G8 is available through CSI partner companies. Cutting edge technology providing environmentally-friendly housing, with less construction requirements in time and skills than the traditional construction presently used in advanced countries as well as the targeted countries will be fundamental in reaching objectives as well. These housing technologies are easily transferred to local labor force as well with training in proper use, safety, efficiency, and repetition.

CSL of Ghana working in 2007 with Government Entities as well as the private enterprises, identified the potential for more than two million acres along the coast of Ghana and the Volta River that could be used for Algae Oil Production using hybrid strains of Algae to be harvested and refined producing bio-diesel, bio-jet fuel, and other refined products that could replace petroleum based products of like quality. The tropical atmosphere in Ghana, Guinea, and other ECOWAS countries is favorable for large scale production of this important resource, and could work to provide a sustainable alternative to petroleum based products over the next century. Because the algae consume large amounts of carbon dioxide during the growth cycle, there are important financial resources available for the investors in this industry.

The HADA Foundation was created in 2007 in Ghana to provide technical and practical assistance to the residents of the continent of Africa as well as the joint venture interests around the Globe. Its primary function will be to educate the local resources in the areas we desire to effect, as well as the technology providers on the differences between the manufacturing geography and the area the technology will be transferred to. This ongoing need will be able to address all required information from the negotiation process through the various transitions, to the continued operations of the technologies.

Finally the organizing of the WTDP, primarily for the interaction of global investment resources in conjunction with the fore-mentioned enterprises has positioned the CSG to facilitate the different sources of funding and integrated the ability to guarantee returns on Investment for continued long-term interests. Interests such as KTJR Group and another group in Singapore that has expressed interests in funding infrastructure in developing nations by providing non-recourse loans for various projects will be facilitated through WTDP.

Time For You To Get Involved

Picture
In conclusion, please be aware that we understand the things going on in the world and respect the position others are in, but we felt it is imperative to demonstrate we fully understand the issues facing developing countries that could benefit from your interaction.

We are concerned with the hold status many organization(s) have encountered, and due to the desperate need for such assistance to these developing nations, we felt compelled to demonstrate our ability to assist in key areas.   These conditions render it favorable for those in G7, G8, and G20 nations to be able to get involved.     The co-operative business model we have described also makes it favorable for you to get involved.
